What we store
Your sign-in email, your name (if you set one), your team, a linked Telegram chat, and what you add to boards: notes, hypotheses, evidence, datasets and images.
Why
Only to run the service: sign-in, collaboration, notifications, payments and support. We don't sell data and don't show ads.
Payments
Card and crypto payments are handled by a payment provider. Card numbers never reach us — we keep only the invoice status and amount.
AI
When you run an AI task, a text digest of the board is sent to the model provider — without file contents.
Cookies
A session cookie for sign-in and a preferences cookie (language and theme) on asmtg.site. No ad trackers.
Deletion
Write to us from the address linked to your account and we will delete the account and the workspace data.
